Returns & Exchanges
At Probex, we prioritize delivering top-quality products and exceptional service. However, if you receive a damaged product or an item that does not match your order, we are here to assist you. Please review our return and exchange guidelines below:
Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 days.
Returns
If you're not satisfied with the product or its fit, it can be returned to us. A nominal Return Fee of Rs.200 will be charged per product. This fee helps cover costs associated with pickup, exchange, handling, packaging, and logistics.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, kindly return it to us along with your order number. Once we confirm the issue, we will promptly dispatch a replacement.
Exchange Policy
As per our company policy, we do not offer refunds or accept returns once a product has been sold. However, we provide the option to exchange the product for a different size under the following conditions:
- Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours (2 working days) of delivery.
- Exchange is allowed with the inclusion of transportation fees.
- To request an exchange, please email us at probexinternational23@gmail.com with your request.
- Once your request is acknowledged, you will need to return the product to us. Please note we do not provide reverse pickup service. Ensure you obtain an acknowledgment receipt from the courier, including the signature and contact details, as Probex is not responsible for lost shipments.
- The return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility and non-refundable. We recommend using a traceable mail service.
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all labels and tags intact, and in its original packaging to qualify for an exchange.
Cancellation of Orders
- Prepaid orders cannot be canceled.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders can be canceled within 24 hours by emailing us at probexinternational23@gmail.com.
- By placing an order, you agree to accept Probex's decision on cancellations.
Credit Note for Unavailable Sizes
If the size requested for exchange is unavailable, we will issue a credit note to your email, which can be used for your next purchase on Probex. Please ensure you use the credit within 30 days.
Partial Order Exchange
Partial exchanges are allowed within 48 hours of delivery. Some items may not be eligible for exchange or return.
Fit Issues
If a product doesn't fit, you can request a size exchange with our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product. If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue a credit note for future purchases.
Non-Acceptance of Exchanges
Exchanges/Returns are not accepted for:
- Dissatisfaction with material or color. We recommend reviewing the product description and images before purchasing.
- Color variations due to device screen resolution or lighting conditions. There may be a 10-12% color difference.
- Products that have been washed or worn.
- Sale items, which are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
